Registration Information


REGISTRATION & PAYMENT
The registration fee includes access to all scientific sessions, conference materials, lunch, teas and coffees, but NOT accommodation. Confirmation of registration together with a receipt for payment, will be forwarded by the Secretariat.

A discounted registration rate is offered to all members of the four joint societies: The BMFMS, BAPM, NNS and NNA. Early bird rates are also available. Rates are as follows:

Medical (clinicians and doctors in training)  
Members early (on or before 28th February 2011): £325.00
Members late (on or after 1st March 2011): £369.00
Non-member early (on or before 28th February 2011): £385.00
Non-member late (on or after 1st March 2011): £402.00
   
Non Medical (midwives, nurses and scientists)  
Members early (on or before 28th February 2011): £143.00
Members late (on or after 1st March 2011): £165.00
Non-member early (on or before 28th February 2011): £165.00
Non-member late (on or after 1st March 2011): £187.00
   
Students *  
Early (on or before 28th February 2011): £100.00
Late (on or after 1st March 2011): £120.00

* Student registrations must be supported by a letter from their Head of Department or Supervisor, clearly stating the student’s current position.

HOW TO REGISTER
Delegates can register on-line for the conference, using a secure credit/debit card payment site. Click here to register on-line.

Alternatively, a hard copy of the Registration Form can be found at the end of the Announcement PDF or can be downloaded here. All registration forms must be accompanied by the appropriate payment.

Delegates are required as a mandatory condition of registration, to indicate their affiliation to one of the four organising societies: BAPM, BMFMS, NNS or NNA. Only ONE affiliation must be given. This should be the Society of which they are a member or which most closely relates to their subject matter.

If delegates are members of more than one of the societies or if they are not members of any of the societies it is still a requirement of registration to give only ONE affiliation. Please note that membership of one of the participating societies is not necessary for registration.


PAYMENT INFORMATION
• Cheques should be made payable to Perinatal Medicine 2011.
• Card payments can be made by credit card: Visa, MasterCard or American Express, or debit card: Visa Delta, or Maestro.
• Unfortunately we are unable to accept payment by American Express on-line.
• All on-line card payments (both credit and debit cards) are subject to an additional charge of 2.95%.
• For hard copy registration forms the additional 2.95% charge only applies to credit not debit cards.
• Card payments cannot be taken by telephone as written authorisation is required.


CONFIRMATION AND FINAL CONFERENCE INFORMATION (JOINING INSTRUCTIONS)
Written confirmation and a receipt for payment will be sent to all registered delegates. Further conference information, including directional maps, will be available on the conference website prior to the start of the conference.

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
Please note that named substitutions can be made at any time. Payment of any refunds due will be made by the Secretariat after the conference.

Cancellations received in writing will be refunded after the conference at the
following rates:

On or before 7th March 2011 50% of registration fee refunded
On or after 8th March 2011 25% of registration fee refunded
After 2nd May 2011 We regret no refund can be made but named substitutions can be made at any time
